Taking apart StoneStream shower head and putting it back together

Correction It should be Bead - Spring - Bead. I incorrectly said and did Bead -Bead - Spring sequence during the assembly
For whatever reason, I decided to mess with this shower head this morning after taking shower and I couldn’t put it back together! As simple as it looked, I was losing my mind not surprisingly since I was missing two key parts which I didn’t realize at the time that something was missing. I couldn’t really find on UA-cam any other videos to fix this self made problem and I have decided to share my findings! Thanks for watching and I hope it saved your day as well.

I fixed mine! Thanks! Bead, spring, bead. For me it worked putting the smaller one in first. Figures with these kinds of purchases. Whatever makes the least sense, works

Thanks for the video, and to clarify, 2:38 It's bead+spring+bead. Spring need to be between the beads for the switch working correctly.

Does it have to be in a specific order? Because one bead is a bit smaller and one is a bit bigger

@@hunterdx11 I think, it works the best if there's a bead on either side of the spring, and if the sizes are different, one would fit better on inner side than the other.

Glass bead then the spring, bead on the top of the spring. This blocks the holes on the shower head for each spray setting. 👍

Thank-you. I did exactly the same as you where it all popped apart, the only thing I did differently was put one transparent ball In then the spring then the other ball on top. Working well

Your stone stream is different to mine. Mine has the multi colour beads in a middle section that can be replaced. But the head looks the same. Very odd

I would like to say, that the small balls don't go in at the same time otherwise the Three Shower Stream options won't work correctly.
So, first you put one of the two small balls then you put the Spring and then another small ball. And then it will work correctly and you wont feel so much pressure when changing the Stream options you have.

Instructions are good. However, I have the problem that I completely dismantled the shower and now the switching mechanism (shower jet) no longer works. Even though I put the feather between the glass balls. It wasn't easy to switch originally, but now it's no longer possible.
