Additional tip - some people have trouble with the TK HK grenade, my tip (assuming your TKs are otherwise solid) is to hit both K buttons when you are doing the TK grenade, so it looks like QCB/UB+KK and since the button priority favors the heaviest button when you push two buttons, you should get the HK grenade every time.
I think a overview how to best use your time in training mode would be a good topic to go over. Using the dummy settings, practicing guard breaks, maintaining execution, etc.
how do you cancel maximum spider i was running sentinel and kept punishing this spidey with orb super when he would maximum spider and he would cancel out of it when i asked he said he bounced off the orb but HE TOOK NO DAMAGE I KNOW HE WAS LYIN any idea? he did it atleast twice in a row maybe three
How come sometimes i get a normal jump tiger knee when doing the same motion? This can be a big disadvantage when i can't block after a grenade or something. Thanks for the tutorial and info =)
Hey brother, thank you for making this video! You're probably gonna get some more views now lol. I'm having a bit of trouble with the tiger knee input. I'm doing the input, but there seems to be a small delay from when I hit up-right, to when cable actually jumps. Are you waiting to see him jump first before hitting 2 punches? I'm doing the tiger knee+ upright input then immediately hitting the 2 punches and he just does the grounded version. However, I feel like if I wait for him to jump it'll either be too late, or if it's the second ahvb, they'll be able top block it.
I'm very rarely getting the superjump off of the tigerknee, it registers in combo, but im not getting the blue splash outside of the combo if I tigerknee. I think it works when I do the input faster so maybe just gotta do it fast enough to register the superjump on the up+forward
Yeah I can't do this Been getting into the game since the collection playing cyclops/sentinel/cable I know most of cable's stuff but this is ridiculously hard and just gonna give up, could try learning it later and looping his hyper viper beam super but still
I wouldn't give up so soon. The collection has only been out for a week and mvc2 is a journey of execution. Review your inputs and try to pinpoint where you're making the mistake and it'll feel great once you accomplish it!
@@gconceptz I can get the tiger knee into the regular hype beam more consistently But its mainly the hyper viper beam loops that I'm having the most trouble on. And idk if I have to mash the super for it to link or angle it down or up
special moves can do it too you can short hop flash kick with guile if you charge down then press up,down,up kick alot of people dont know this idk if charlie can do it havent tried
like for example, i can do tiger knee air fireballs in SF4,5,6 with the same input. So do I need to be pressing the button for my special faster? Very confused on the timing in this game. Even getting a tiger knee’d viper beam or grenade is super tough.

@@RH-vb1si yeah there's a slight delay cause you need him to get off the ground. So yes wait for him to jump, just not too long.

Either cable/sent/cap or cable/sent/cyc would work pretty well
My hk grenades don't work. Why???????????????????????
They work, the input isn't as lenient as the lk version so you just have to practice your tk motion being very clean
