- I move to the apparently dangerous Indi-Myanmar Border in the northeastern state of Manipur. This border falls in the border district of Kamjong.
I start exploring from Grehang village, have an insightful interaction about the area with a Tanghkul Naga local of that village (Humine Thana), and then finally head onwards to touch the last border pillar in Phikoh village, which is the last village of Kamjong in Manipur.
In this Manipur travel vlog, I get to gauge the interdependency of people living on both sides of the Indo-Myanmar border in Manipur. The dependency is both dangerous and good for trading or survival purposes.

The guy you interviewed said Phaikoh villagers started settling from 1960. That is so not true. My maternal grandpa was born in Phaikoh. They’ve lived there since ages. They are as old as the trees and the mountains there

Oh I see, must be no contact with them, apart from call :( i reached imphal before it all started on 2nd may… i was even stuck there for 10 days after all this was shot
Beautiful lady and wonderful presentation. Interestingly, people said to be even in the most extreme terrain and village even speaks fluent English which makes it easier for visitors outsiders. You don't come across this often in most rural Indian villages. In fact this people speak better English than most from the cities 😂😂😂
