Thank you for posting this. I started my front splits journey two and a half years ago, and all the videos on UA-cam showed people getting splits in 30 days, 6 months, or 12 months. But only after two and a half years was I able to touch down to the ground for the first time. I'm close to three years of stretching now, and my splits still come and go. Nothing else to do but stay consistent.
congratulations for reaching your splits, girl And yes progress keeps fluctuating, what should be done is to keep stretching to not lose the progress, thanks for reminding me to do that😉
I am interested to learn splits but when I see video within 7 days people are learning I get demotivate for last many days I am learning but I am not getting but after watching your video again I got hope for learning and practicing split please tell me how much time we should do split practice
@@rinkiagrawal9554 i am very happy i inspired you to start your split journey, 30 min daily stretching sessions are ideal, please start by warming up then do the stretches shown in the app splits in 30 days, once you finish the 30 days just start over again. Good luck!!
Love this. There are too many unrealistic videos on here. Your progression was steady and realistic, which I think most people need to see. Over the lockdown I stopped stretching. Lost my oversplits (front and middle). At the end of lockdown I started again and was way off all splits. It took me a few months to get back to feeling good in the splits. That was regaining them, not getting them for the first time.
Can you make another video about what kind of exercises you did to achieve this? How long you stretched and what stretches you tried? This is so inspiring!
THANK YOU so much for sharing! I JUST began my road to a middle split yesterday. I have never ever been flexible (I can't even touch my toes), so am already prepared for this to take 12-18 months. I am also intentionally going to go slow. I am happy sacrificing rapid results if it means injury-free progress. Congratulations!!!💐💐💐
thank you, glad you enjoyed it, you can use the app splits in 30 days it is available in appstore and playstore as well, it contains warmups and stretches and its free! bonus tip: take a before picture in day one, and commit to get to day 30, you will see so much difference, I am naturally stiff so it took me sometime to get to a flat split, but you will see te difference in few weeks, garanteed!! good luck!
i got the middle split after 13 months of training and i felt like i'd nail it at each training lol, it comes and goes but consistency will make it work
😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊I can only smile at you in envy of your achievement coz I have been on &off at trying& giving up, so I have never achieved my desired result 🤦🏿♀️ But I determined to start again tomorrow come 1st August 2024....and this time I AM ACHIEVING IT
yes, i took it eaasy on my body, But, 20 years of inflexibility makes 3 years reasonable, right? ps: my mom would always ask me:" why are you doing this to yourself?"
No with the right stretches you will get there within months make sure to warm up well then combine active and passive stretches, and breath into each stretch! Good luck!
It does, thats the point. Dont force pass the painful limit, try to relax into it breath and ideally hold for 30 seconds Then everyday it compounds, what used to be painful will become comfortable. Ps: i excluded scenes where i made painful grimaces!😅
For a stiff adult who has never done splits yes, it could have taken less time of course, but I listened to my body and took days off when needed, but if u want you can definitely see progress whithin months, go for it!!!
Sure, i can make a video on that! For the mean time you can use the app (splits in 30days) it has very effective stretch poses both passive and active that will help you, highly recommend Ps: for passive stretches focus on butterfly pose and frog pose For active stretches do side leg swings! Best of luck!
I used the app i showed in the video, i stretched for the first month every single day which was the hardest because the muscles would be tense after each stretching day. then I had a stretching day and a rest day. then because of my tight hips the progress was slow. i stopped stretching for one month, because i couldnt see the progress. then found someone speaking about losing progress when you stop stretching so i started stretching once a week. and kept recording my progress at the end of every month. that's how i kept track of my goal. PS: Remember to stretch in the evenings as the muscles are warmer and less tense. remember to breath in the stretches, and the app is great because it shows how much time you need to hold the stretch. i definitely recommend it. listen to your body and stretch at your own pace. take a picture today of your split then a picture at the end of the month, that's how you stay motivated.
@@jesua301 you are blessed with flexible joints, i was attempting the front splits for the first time as a 20 year old, i was only able to land a flat split at 23.
This is the most realist inflexible-to-splits journey I've seen and I'm here for it. Congrats on keeping it up, queen.
Thank you dear, so happy you liked the video,
your comment, literally made my day better!

How long you did stretching on daily basis?
How to get in touch with you please?
