I notice that with all these house tours the bathrooms do not have cabinets or vanities which are very essential in any bathroom. It seems like the developers are not very particular with bathrooms. Though the bathrooms look okay, the absence of vanities are very obvious. What if new owner wants to install a Bidet on the toilets??? with two temperatures??? Nothing is mentioned about hot & cold water in the sink or even in the shower fixtures. Nothing is also mentioned about what are the walls made of;; or if there are any reinforcement bars in them; nothing is mentioned about what the roof is made of. Things mentioned are those that can be seen already with the naked eyes; example, "the walls are painted white". Viewers can already see that. And it's not just one vlogger, most vloggers are not given by the seller or developer the essential information that prospective customers need to know in order to make a well thought out decision. In all the vlogs I have seen, from different developers, the provision for a space for refrigerator is too small, & not able to accommodate a tall & wide refrigerator of about 36" wide, 70"-72" in height.; Nothing is mentioned about space provision for closets in each bedroom; there is no storm door in door entrances, not even screen doors. Nothing is mentioned about space provision for window airconditioners, in case airconditioning is not centralized. I hope the vloggers address these observations to the respective developers. For that amount of money that the property sells for, those minor but essential things must already be included. Vloggers are doing their best to market the property, but they are not given adequate info. Therefore these descriptions leave much to be desired.
How come all Ayala projs. are.never complete finished? Is that a strategy to sell at low price but comes out. much. expensive. for buyer? And. who will finish the construction? Not that attractive ploy. for people. who has no time for this😕
