Hey man that's a great video. I too like to jump in car parks when the weather isn't too good. I think my feet are a little bit too close together when I jump because sometimes they touch and I find it causes me to strain the outside of my calf muscle after each session.
Hey man i have a problem, i started jumping rope like a boxer(boxer skip) im good at it but now i ruined my coordination with both of my feet, when i jump with both feet i notice that my feet don't jump simultaneously, they are like 0.1 seconds apart and now its an habit, how can i fix that?
