I'd include Odd Eyes Pendulumgraph Dragon. Being a light dragon he can be searched and ritual summoned with the VV cards, he searches ritual spells from the graveyard, burns every time the enemy special summons from the Extra Deck, negates a spell, and afterwards if he was ritual summoned (which is pretty much the only way you're summoning him) you can cheat out Meteorburst Dragon and negate all opponent's monster effects during either player's Battle Phase. It helps that since he returns to your hand after searching a ritual spell he can dodge any potential HFDs and Lightning Storms.
