    Aye i agree with you 210 looks so good. I think people have built such unrealistic expectation’s mindset, same thing happened with ns400z

      True that 😁

      The only thing I dislike about the 400Z was it's headlight.
      *WAS*
      Nowadays, it looks like Spawn's eyes to me! I think the 400Z is perfect in every possible way for a hooligan. A bigger tank, maybe 14 L, would've been nice, but I'm okay with what it has.
      But now, I think the Dominar will cease being relevant in the market!😅

      @Farhan_049 Hey, thanks for the awesome comment!
      Totally agree, the 400Z is a hooligan’s dream 😆, and I can’t unsee the Spawn’s eyes comparison now. spot on! a bigger tank would’ve been nice, but , it’s all part of its charm, I guess. Also considering the fact it's designed for the streets.
      And yeah, Domi looks like it’s about to get dominated, because people here can tour on anything then why not the 400 😆
      Appreciate you sharing your thoughts.

    Just Say " chote log, choti soch" and move on. Remember, Indonesian markets, Australian markets, Thai Markets, Brazilian Markets, European markets and USA market all like the bikes from Indian manufacturers. It's only problematic in India due to people still stuck to the " Colonial mindset" of foreign products>Local products. No wonder this country is doomed for failure.

    2:35 Harley Davidson lol.. Harley's are the most underpowered bikes in existence if any Harley owner says that then that's the biggest hypocrisy.

    • @prawneat
      @prawneat  Місяць тому +1

      If compared to the sports bikes then yes.

      @@prawneat No even when U compare them with Indian it's only competitor Harley's fail to deliver. They are still stuck with air cooled push rod OVH engines. My very own 2018 Road Glide has the Milwaukee-Eight 107 engine. It's a1753.42 cc V twin which puts out 87 hp and 147 nm of torque and the whole bike weighs 397 kg. Harley's are severely underpowered.

      the Indians are designed with a bit more modern performance in mind, while HDs' sticks to its heritage of creating powerful, classic cruisers with a distinct feel. It’s a trade-off between speed and the iconic Harley riding experience.
      Probably the same reasons why REs are a bit slower in the displacement category.
      Thanks for the comment ☺️

    Definitely. Indians still have gora superiority complex decades after independence. IMHO we only just got independence in 2014 it will take time for the mentality to change. Nowadays our automotive companies are doing better abroad than over here, just look at Mahindra in Australia.

    I can agree with Hero's unwarranted hate, but hating Enfield is justified. The 650's are the best of their stable, but part availability is not as stellar. Maybe because they're very rare on the roads.
    But - the 350's and 450's are not receiving the fanfare I was expecting from them.
    350's are crap, every realistic person would agree with that.
    But I kinda-sorta expected the 450's to have the same reliability as the 650's. That just didn't happen. Lots of buyers are dissatisfied with the Himalayan and Guerilla judging by the comments, and they're already on OLX in my city!
    I hope Hero outshines Enfield in that regard. Their service centre experience is improving gradually, at least in my view.

      You’ve made some solid points here, and I completely get where you’re coming from. The 650s, in my opinion, have truly become fantastic machines. refined, smooth, and offering a great experience. But yeah, I agree, the parts availability is a lingering issue, likely because the 650s still cater to a niche audience compared to the 350 lineup. The relatively smaller user base means there’s less urgency to stock parts everywhere, but I hope RE addresses this as the segment grows.
      about the 450s i totally see why expectations were high. It’s a new engine, and teething issues are expected. Give it a year or so, and I believe RE will refine it just like they did with the 650s. As for the 350s, I have to say, I’ve got a soft spot for them! While I’m not the biggest fan of the Classic, the Meteor has been an absolute joy to ride. It’s versatile, reliable, and honestly, a bike I can’t stop recommending to people.
      You’re also spot on about the justified criticism from consumers. If someone spends their hard-earned money and doesn’t feel they’re getting value, their frustration is totally valid. RE is doing a lot of things right, but they still have areas where they can improve. customer service being one of them.
      As for Hero, I’m really rooting for them too. They’ve got the potential to outshine RE someday, especially with their improving service centers and an eye on innovation, espe.xially with their new reveals at the EICMA. I’d love to see them step up and give some serious competition to RE!
      Appreciate you sharing your perspectivE. man, it’s always refreshing to have meaningful discussions like this. Keep these thoughtful takes coming; they really add value to the conversation, and I absolutely adore it.

      @prawneat I'm glad you're open to such conversations. Most people just can't accept criticism for Enfield or KTM, even though they know that they're not exactly the most reliable of choices.

    • @prawneat
      @prawneat  25 днів тому +1

      People don't really like being told that the money they've spent has gone down the drain and their choice isn't the best. So, they just start defending 😁

      I own interceptor 650(2022) and here is why i hate it!:-
      1) It's been almost 2 years now, and battery is already dead and is under warranty and the showroom people are not ready to replace and waiting for warranty to run out so that they can charge for(asked other re owners so that's where my knowledge comes from).
      2) I bought the bike for touring as i have apache 160 4v for city. So i had to replace my handle bars as i had to lean in a bit and it was not comfortable for touring, same with the seats.
      3) it has tube tires with spokes! and they charge 65k for alloy one which is total ripoff.
      4) i know the engine is good but it is really inefficient and bike wobbles at speeds of almost 130 itself!.
      5) Very Very Very bad fuel indicators and odometers.It is so fukin inaccurate that u rather open and check ur tank if the fuel is there or not.
      6) Rusting issues...i paid 20k to get it ceramic coating and i have always kept my bike in the garage but it still rusts!...no matter how hard i try to maintain it....its just not enough!.
      7) Very bad weight distribution. I have ridden almost all 350-650cc bikes in the market and i have yet to find a bike which has so bad weight balance!.
      Re has been producing same shit for decades now(350s etc) but they have not invested enough in engineering a good bike.For a brand this old this is really disappointing! IT SHOULD BE ASHAMED for still not been able to produce good efficient single cylinder or even dual cylinder bikes! RE got 650 twin when it bought a dying brand from england ...so yes the engine is very old and inefficient for a 650cc !!!.Yes its smooth but all 650/dual cylinder bikes ares smooth.
      So yes it should be getting more hate and sales should decline. Because When you hit them where it hurts, thats wen they learn their lesson.

      @nurarihyon07 65K FOR ONE AL--
      I feel like bludgeoning Siddharth Lal now!
      Edit - Also, I think you should go for Triumph. I'm sorry to suggest a brand which doesn't belong to our country (well, Enfield was also originally British, so who am I kidding?), but unless Bajaj or Hero does something massive, I cannot suggest anything else. Even I am beginning to wonder if I should get a Speed 400/Scrambler 400X for myself now! I don't need anything more than 250 cc due to my riding style, but damn... They don't have a 250 cc variant of either bike yet.
