Im gonna try this on mine as im new to lasers. Im wondering why the very slow cut speed? Mine is a 10W and I've cut 3mm bass @ 1000mm/min in one pass. The cut was barely visable, and just lightly browned the edge. Im still getting familiar with my machine and plan on cutting parts for RC planes so accuracy is paramount, which is what brought me to your video. Thanks.
Hey Charles, thanks for the question. 5mm per sec/300 mm per min is slow but gives good results across many different materials for me. It can cut much faster but unless I'm in a hurry, I just leave it set. Good luck with your projects and thanks for watching. Send more questions anytime. Take care - Dave!
