The first time I dyed my hair (which was actually pink and purple colored hair spray stuff from justice) the box said it would stay in for 2-3 washes so like a week or so. I was excited and I had my mom help me do it literally the day after my dance production (because I couldn't have it in for the production) and I thought I would be lookin fly as heck the next day for school (I was in 5th grade). when I put it in it looked super vibrant and pretty and really showed up but when I woke up the next morning (after having it in for only like 8 hrs) my hair was pretty much back to its light blond color. It was a huge letdown for my first hair dye. You could still see a bit on the tips of my hair where it was used the most, but that was it. It would be fun to try again, tho. I think I still have it from last year. I wonder if it would look better this time...
