how about getting a IOC agreement formed that prevents extreme financial winning incentive based coaching and athlete contracts...if athletes got an agreed upon flat rate of compensation for participation in the olympics couldnt that de-escalate some risky doping incentivization? sponsors could still back or end contracts of certain athletes just not so aggressively
