Standard build order for Nu Wa and Shennong: 5 food 2 wood 2 gold next vill builds house, builds garden, then goes to wood 4-5 food rest of vills just go to wood or something. I think you tried doing Fu Xi build order here lol. The cheaper buildings makes a huge difference. 4 storage pits + temple + house = 70 wood saved for fu xi.
Difference between rhino and zebra is big. I don't think I trust any 'standard' build with China considering no one has really explored it in as much detail as the OG civs. Lots of little things that happen that you have to be ready to react to. Who knows what I was trying here, definitely not me.
@@BoitTV I've experimented a bit with china build orders and there isn't really that much you can do to improve this one. I call it "standard" because it can be used in every situation easily. You can try to come up with reasons to change the build but the situations are few and far between. Going 4 food works (except with rhino) but will often require force dropping so I deemed it not worth suggesting as the standard. If you manage to share a storage pit between gold and another resource then that will let you get your garden faster, but this is often not the case. AoL_Mirez is the one who came up with this build and I couldn't really poke any holes in it except for starting to build the garden before finishing the house. If you want a faster up then just skip the garden. There is also a 2 garden build, but I actually don't remember it. I would probably just build the garden once I start advancing.
As a Shennong main, I have to disagree on Shennon not having an identity. He's the most offense-oriented Chinese god with his siege focus and ability to convert myth units as well as access to uproot and great flood. He also has the best navy of all the Chinese gods with access to a naval minor god in each age.
Chinese lack of well rounded calvary makes larger map control difficult. Only archer counter is chariots in mythic which are difficult to mass as they are expensive.
Shennong was strong in 2.4 like fuxi but he has heavily nerfed and bocome this thing with no strategy, his only strength is the GPs now (not timber harvest but others) he is like a weaker fuxi but with no Bonus but with neraly the same strong GPs
You played well with Chinese army..... But you know what?... Actually Chinese normal army is not so strong.... But they have a powerful unit in the later age... 'Vermilion Bird'.... Using this unit would lead you a strong battle... I think Chinese normal units are not very strong because they have this powerful unit....
Hey BoIt, I don't know if this is me, but whenever you upload something from the original version of the game, it feels like lagging like watching. Units are moving in way less FPS, than in Voobly version of the game. Maybe someone has similiar feeling to me.
To 'fix' the game for me i had to lock the FPS. U either enable vsync through ingame settings or like i did through NVIDIA Control panel has a new setting where u can set ur max FPS for each game ! I put on 144fps locked. Test urself...
It's desync sensitive so won't work for ranked, but editing the data/corpsedecay.xml file reduces lag by a lot. Just change it to a small number and corpses and arrows disappear almost instantly instead of lingering and adding clutter to your GPU.

Strongest Myth Unit in the game, hahah. Their 'leap' has a damage multiplier of something crazy like 200 and can 1-shot most Myth Units.

It's a very poorly optimized game. Even when I play with a PC that far exceeds the required specs it lags a bit.
