Hey bud, to be completely honest, i've no idea what korean tees are! stick with your plain tees , pants and sneakers and layer it with a sports coat and you'll have yourself a solid smart casual outfit! 😉
The first shirt is not plaid, it's buffalo check. Outfits 3 and 4 are closer to smart casual. All other outfits are too casual to be considered smart casual. They're good outfits, just missed the mark for the theme.

It really depends. Nowadays you have joggers looking like Chinos without the typical drawstring which could honestly work.
