However, this version of how to make pumpkin butter is a little more healthy because I am using monk fruit and coconut sugar versus white, cane sugar and brown sugar, the mock fruit and coconut sugar don’t spike your blood levels the same as the other ones do  and with pumpkin butter, you don’t need all that sugar anyway.
Pumpkin is a super food. You should be eating it every single day whether you consume it out of the can or you roast your own pumpkin. This video shows a simple easy recipe and easy to make your pumpkin butter at home.
