Hey Abhishek, firstly thanks for the informative videos. I am a software engineer with 2 years of experience in aws cloud, java and thinking to switch as a devops engineer now. In a process of learning devops as well(following your devops zero to hero course). as a experienced engineer should I apply for fresher devops role ? also is it a good idea to switch as a devops engineer now . If you have any view on this it would be very helpfull.

Hi Abhishek, What if a person is experienced as a Cloud Engineer and wants to move to a DevOps role and has no prior experience in DevOps then what to say to the interviewer or how to explain the projects(executed during your course) that we have this proof of concepts as a part of learning..? As you only said in one of your videos that we should not lie in our interviews as we'll face issues .
Thank you very much for your insightful videos. However, I have a question on where you say you cannot list creation of an EKS cluster as a project. My assumption is that creating an EKS cluster for example is not a day to day activity as these tend to be deployed once as part of a bigger project. Thereafter the day to day tasks are monitoring and maintaining that cluster. I stand guided. Thank you

So, Abhishek as you mentioned experienced engineers can't describe deploying those 3 tier architecture or other projects as their projects. So how will someone who is a working professional and is currently looking to switch to a DevOps engineer role describe their projects? Because while learning DevOps from different platforms we get trained on these kind of projects only and getting real time exposure to a DevOps role is a challenge. Could you please guide on that Abhishek
