This game is pure c*ncer. Hadn't played CS in 2 years and decided to reinstall it recently but Jesus, the shooting and spraying feels awful, people kill you before even showing up on your screen, the optimization/performance is terrible and it's just infested with cheaters. Valve killed the game.

I stopped smurfing in cs2 because I get matched with either 8k or 15k while being 10k and am silver 3/4 on comp maps so I dont even need to switch to my smurf acc to get the experience anymore. You just smurf by accident every second match
Okay but how do you rank up in this game? I don't play too much and I have 55% win rate of 107 matches played and I've only gone DOWN in rating since getting rating after winning 10 games.
Valve implemented smurfing on main accounts because on every map you get silver or gold nova as a rank So its a feature now i guess. Also if griefing ban then would need to smurf anyways on a second account. Thankfully they kinda fixed griefing bans since now you cant report for everything at once. But the people who know of this system can still get you banned

With walls and a little bit of aim and a normal lobby, I refuse to believe anyone who can actually play well would drop less than 30-50 per game. Yes yes, the occasional smurf is definitely the reason why ranked doesn't make sense. There is 50x, probably even 100x as many cheaters as there are smurfs.
