@Kitty Rocoa Yoko Kanno has mentioned many times, in interviews that quite a bit of her songs are sung in made up languages. Draconian may not be a real language, but it is in the world of Escaflowne, which is where Van was from :)

LOVE this song! What language(s) are they speaking? As I know Yokko Kanno likes to mix languages for the songs she creates and the feelings that are created - literally as if she made a new language for a short song; which I kinda wish was a language.
