I have run reserve like 30 times looking for Glukhar, thought "I'll just get him and then farm the raiders quest together with drip out" I have almost completed drip out at this point. That's like 80 raiders without Glukhar.
And getting good spawns. When you spawn at right end of Reserve and you can actually be instakilled by Glukhar. Killing boss is 70% skill and 30% luck. So many players died by killa or tagilla that suddenly appear.
Easiest way Ive found to kill the Goons is push to crackhouse from RUAF, close the front door, open the back and peek the back door until the push you then just feed the doorway. They push both doors when youre in mechanic in my experience so youre guarding two doors.
I sat in the shower stalls of the bathroom on the first floor of crack (the one with the dead scav) and hosed em down as they sprinted and crouched at me
If you spawn old gas side, I’d had a lot of luck just camping the generator and waiting for them to swing, they usually push by the barrels off to the right. Birdeye was a lil weird but it worked
I've met Partisan once. I decided to do a nightraid on Customs for a change, spawned in storage, as soon as I get out of there, he two shots me. I was quick enough to turn around and see the shots coming from a bush. I'm a noob and that's also when I learned of his existence 👍

There is a fairly easy shot from duffel into cabins you just have to hope he spawns cabins and peek from duffle if your lucky and a good shot it’s not that hard but it is pretty annoying when the spawn rate is low as your odds of him spawning where you want become really really small
The only thing you need to kill all bosses in Tarkov is an 130 old rifle (Mosin) and PS gzh rounds. Actually this is the only thing you need for anything in Tarkov because nothing beats one tapping a try hard Chad with his million ruble M4 and full ammo set.

If you can't throw a grenade without blowing yourself up, then fighting bosses is the least of your problems. Drink less copium and do something about your skill level

Try pulling them from construction/blue fence side. Run towards the weather station to aggro them and quickly head back to construction and hide behind a container. Knight and Big Pipe will rush you so just hold an angle and smoke them. Bird eye follows after they died so do the same but look for his visual contact since you cant hear him running. I found out that this is the easiest and most consistent strategy against them. If you are fighting them in the open on ANY map you are likely to die due to their insane spotting range
On shoreline you have to circle behind the hill and either get them to funnel around rocks or push into the station and camp the doorways. Shoreline is probably the hardest map to fight them on consistently because of how much range they have. On customs sit in medical and lure them to you. (this is probably second hardest because only the medical direction is consistent, both old gas and skeleton are kind of dodgy and they may flank you) On lighthouse push into the garage on villa or camp the east gate of water treatment. On woods start from USEC camp and camp rock corners, move closer if they don't aggro (I thought woods was the worst place to fight them but if you know the right locations, it's probably the easiest) Like nicz said it's pretty much impossible to fight them in the open. Best bet is to aggro from a distance and funnel or push near and funnel there. They will be locked in the sprinting animation for a few seconds after turning the corner. Click heads.

Some of these fight scenarios in your raids are highly unrealistic to fight in this way for the average EFT player. Grenades to make the bosses flee is a good tip, but often its best not to even fight them headon or agro them at all. Using a grenade also usually results in an inexperienced player blowing themselves up with a misthrow, M67 mitigates this slightly because of its long fuse, but alot of these Tarkov players are really quite slow in the head so I would not advise them to use grenades to fight bosses.
