IF YOU DONT CHANGE CHANGE WILL CHANGE YOU

Is the leader is there to bring changes or to be changed . A big question always in my mind . Its very good to be a popular leader but if you want to bring some positive changes in your Organization then its may not work always in your favor. Some one said if you want to be Popular then sell Ice cream do not be a leader. Leader has to ensure the roadmap i.e Process to be executed which is designed by Institution or Organization . He himself to be confident before implementing . Find a way to sell your concept beautifully & logically . Many leaders enforce execution without explaining it properly as a result output wont come as per expectation.
