I know this is an old comment, but I'd like to say that it makes sense to try forcing it into 4/4 time as that is how house music works (four-on-the-floor rhythm) and it would be hard for the average person at a club to dance to Koishi's theme the way it normally sounds. For that purpose I think this remix works well.
