See the wire loom at 0:48? They are on one circuit, open any other door, apply 12V power (from a cordless tool battery for example, 18V also works) to them, the lock solenoid will activate and unlock.
I really hate knapheide locks , is a shame that company doesn’t make good quality locks , they are very expensive, first they started to make an ugly sound when you open them with the control , than , some open and some don’t, now none of them work, I have to open and close them manually, than some don’t open with the key either ( what a micky mouse locks )
I am sure some other people ( especially those we might not want drilling holes in our locks) will find this video helpful. I was just researching utility bed options. Now I know for sure I don't want this brand of locks.
I have the black and Crome and that give a lot of issues, with the expensive they are , that company should made better quality locks , not buy knapheide anymore

I have KUV body that has the same latch. Gonna drill mine later this week. Thank you

So that is all a thief needs to do? Better get Thunderbolt Locks to protect your tools!

I just drilled the key hole lol. Those locks suck
