evidently they are the test animations for what today would be the ovilophosaurus and the ovilophomoloch, since those hybrids, having the dilophosaurus in their compound, were obviously going to have ruffs, and apparently, the ovilophosaurus was already planned, so they took advantage of experimenting with the base compound, the Oviraptor
