Super Easy Oven Baked Lemon Fish Recipe with Parmesan

My delicious breaded fish fillet recipe is packed full of flavour. It’s baked fish with lemon and parmesan and a crunchy breadcrumb topping. Simply bake in the oven for about 25 minutes for a super easy to prepare family meal, served with vegetables.
The parmesan and lemon juices are mixed into the breadcrumbs and then cooked in the oven to make this lovely baked fish recipe. You can use any fish fillet but for this recipe I recommend haddock or cod.

- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 100g Natural breadcrumbs
- 40g Parmesan cheese
- Ground Pepper
- 4 Frozen cod or haddock fillets
- Vegetables (to serve)
