@@BlazerMystic alot of people have different definition of "rogue" and "tiers". I definitely think they're rogue because they can build crazy boards and the misc protection being at 3 is insane. Very glad I can help you out, that puts a smile on my face!
I'm a scrap engine user and very rarely I get bricked and I usually end up with Apollousa, Nat Beast, Lars/Baronnes, UCT and Thunder Colossus. I'll have to test the deck with out the scrap engine and see how things go seeing that mostly everyone detest that engine in dinos😭
I'd gotta see your deck list because dinos alone are notorious for bricking and then adding in the scrap engine makes it worse. Don't get me wrong, I have a scrap dino build and it's fun when you combo off but it happens far less often than dinos alone.
@@kingmahde1 I'm losing my mind I'm pretty sure I responded to this comment. Anyways, if I remove the scrap engine the only things I'd add are hand traps cuz the deck already have the main engine (3 of Misc, Ovi, Baby, Fossil Dig and Ground Xeno; 2 UTC and Pills and 1 of Archosaur, Petit, Giant Rex, Xeno Meteorus and normal dino). Also if you have a Scrap Raptor in starting hand you just skip one baby pop in the combo and if you have Scrap Chimera you're fine as well so it doesn't make that much difference imo.
Scrap chimera in hand is fine??? Its always a brick for me. Adding hand traps is very important to stop maxx c and for going 2nd so that's a big reason to not play scrap. Like i said i love scrap but pure is better imo
@@kingmahde1 Chimera is fine in hand as long as you have the usual 2 card combo. As I said if I remove the scrap engine I'd add more hand traps so if I draw them in starting hand they would've been hand traps and not main combo cards. That's the way I see them cuz they're not adding or removing core cards of the deck. And maybe you'd say "but hand traps..." but if you pulled the combo you wouldn't need hand traps as the only thing that breaks the board is the usual Super Poly, Droplet, Dark Ruler, etc which you'd be screwed either way, maybe a small disruption but the chance to do a comeback is close to 0 imo
This deck has a reputation to brick so minimizing the bricks (ie chimera) is essential. Also you don't always go 1st so from a competitive viewpoint u gotta build the deck to go 1st and 2nd, so hand traps and board breakers are essential.

@@marweha7002 the logic for the veiler is sound. I prefer the 3 imperm just because it's more versatile but having a veilers not a bad idea. TTT is just an insane card. Great video, I've been having a lot of fun with dino's using a pretty similar list to yours, but I have a question about a possible choke point in the deck. @@ZacharyTaebel-w7m thank you! It's an awesome deck and I enjoy it too. Every deck has it's choke points and that is definitely ours. Unless you also have ground xeno to pop the baby or an arch and baby in hand, then you're gonna have to hope your handtraps save you.

I tried it in the past but it works best with a deck more focused towards the evolzar support, which overall doesn't make the dino deck better. Adding the evoltile monsters can brick u up.
I don't know if I am right, and I also am not sure if anybody mentioned it, but you could have negated the Dark Ruler, since MONSTERS can only not RESPOND to its effect, but you chained crossout, so you should have been able to Chain Link 3 negate it with Lars, since he negates any Card on field, IF I AM not mistaken
You are indeed mistaken. Lars effect has to be chained directly to an opponents activated eff. Had they chained maxx c for example to my cross out then i couldve activated lars to negate dark ruler but otherwise not much to do. Good idea tho
