Hey bro, here's a couple of things I regularly do to stay consistent: 1. Have a habit tracker always close to you - the more we get reminded of the tasks we need to do, the more likely we will do them. 2. develop a ritual/routine around the thing you're trying to do, I've found I always do certain habits at certain times, and it's super easy to do because I've gotten used to the routine (for example, I always read after I've finished my deep work) If you think the work is too difficult on some days, maybe consider doing less to start with and progressively overloading the time you do it for once you get used to it everyday.
