Also, Patrick told SpongeBob not to get love from his grandma and then went the full 180 and stole his grandma, instead of defending him. Sandy wouldn’t have done this. Instead, Sandy would’ve broken into the Krusty Krab and yelled at all of those people for picking on her buddy. Also, even if Sandy would’ve taken Gary to Texas for an important event, she would’ve borrowed him and then returned him back to SpongeBob, when she was done.

Also in my opinion, Squidward is Spongebob's true best friend, as he has stuck up for Spongebob multiple different times, like when he yelled at the CHOCOLATE!!! guy for yelling at Spongebob, shamed Mr Krabs for selling Spongebob for 62 cents, and even saved Spongebob's life at court.
Honestly In "Gone" they Should've Let SpongeBob know About that ahead of time so he Won't Worry. Yes SpongeBob Can be a Pain in the Butt Sometimes but This is Backstabbing. At least Patrick Got What's Coming to him.
How about in the episode "Hooky" when Spongebob has been warned by Mr. Krabs about the hooks and then Patrick comes and makes Spongebob ditch work to play at what Patrick calls "the Carnival" which turns out to be the hooks that Mr. Krabs warned Spongebob about
Patrick is also a terrible driver. He also doesn’t share the toy with SpongeBob.what about when he destroys the shine town with karate chopping and almost killed SpongeBob, he also creates a world wide panic with mad snail disease.
In the second Sam Raimi Spider Man movie Harry’s Relationship with Peter did get Toxic after when Harry slapped Peter In the face and called him a freak and in the third movie Harry was the New Goblin and tried to kill Peter for thinking he killed his father but harry did get in amnesia after he was rushed to the hospital and in the second half of the third Spider Man movie he made Marry Jane End Her Relationship with Peter in order for Peter to live,yeah the pathetic and yes ending a friendship is Hard indeed but sometimes you just have to CUT THE CORD!

But SpongeBob eas being cocky and saying yeah right that's never gonna happen. But maybe there's a reason he did that. Yeah I call bullshit on #10. I have no idea how Patrick thought the ugly barnacle would cheer him up, and him going the ugly route is dumb (it’s Patrick though) but he was being supportive to SpongeBob throughout the episode and trying to help him feel good about himself. Sure his advice is questionable, like shouting to the world he’s ugly and proud, but hey it did cheer SpongeBob up for a bit. Honestly the more I talk about it this feels more like something that should be on a top 10 list of Patrick being a good friend to SpongeBob.
The other entries though he was pretty terrible, and one of those dishonorable mentions should have been on the list instead of #10 (the suds episode he was well intentioned but his treatment was more blatantly bad) probably the yours mine and mine episode just for how selfish he was or him bullying SpongeBob in im with stupid
