As children grow up they are experiencing so many new things. Especially during adolescence, they are at that in-between stage where they are exploring new things under a protected environment.(Just imagine a small chick exposed to the world, trying to fly, still protected by its mother). We as parents, especially if it is our first child, are also learning at every stage of their growth. Hence it is not easy to accept the changes happening with our kids. Added to that are the fears of being exposed to social media and other distractions. Once they cross this stage and mature, things will be much easier. After a few years you will look back and laugh at all the concerns you have had. Do enjoy every phase of your child's growth!!
You both spoke our minds.... recently me and my husband discussed about this same topic and concluded the same....most of the time we are upset with that stuff that we expect out of them...which doesn't necessarily be their need/expectation....
Hi sis ,bro same feeling same issuse wit my son 9yrs old..nowadays no patience for everyone..small request plz show ur face lots of love sangeetha bharain
So true. Mine is 9 yrs but not at all doing whatever i say. Immediately she disagrees to whatever i say. She is,very intelligent girl but treating me like a dummy piece when i start to teach her. 😢😢😢.
This is What is happening in most of the household nowadays. Like Akhila had mentioned, during our growing years, we were not exposed to Social media or gadgets or cell phones or laptops that much.May be or may not be the strict attitude of the parents, we follow the guidelines or advises given by our parents without questioning or back answering them. IN todays generation, the kids are smart, with good IQ , can take decisions without too much of analysis butttttt: NOT KANNAMUDINDU sort of. We have to give them space and allow them to express their views and opinions too unlike us. IN SHORT, KARUTHU MODHAGAL MIGAVUM ULLADHU. ONLY THE EXISTING SITUATIONS ARE THE REASON.
