This is a compilation of all of the songs that play in Tommorrow City. That is: Nautilus, Tommorrow City Lagoon, Tommorrow Square, and Space Voyage.
So the Epic Mickey Wiki STARTED adding descriptions for the neutral, paint, and thinner soundtracks of each area, but basically stopped after Mickeyjunk Mountain, sooooo...
Neutral: A once bright city has gone dark from atrophy, but with the triumphant horn in the middle, it reminds the audience of the future it once represented, there is still hope for it should they make the right decisions. The electronic sounds bring to mind tech that is still active, but in disrepair. Malfunctioning, but still salvageable. You CAN fix this place, but it's up to you to decide weather of not you WANT to.
Thinner: The electronic crackle brings to mind broken, sparking electrical wires, or radio static, signaling that the city is no longer salvageable. The horn of the neutral theme, the reminder of the future the city once represented, is now absent. Tomorrow City lays in ruins, now a dystopian or post-apocalyptic shell of its former glory. A rotting city of metal. A painful reminder of the future Wateland never got to experience for itself on the Thinner path.
Paint: The crackling is still there, but the sounds of the city's gradually repairing tech now dominates over it. The horn returns with a vengeance, showing how the player is slowly, but surely, bringing back the hope the city once inspired in its inhabitants. A hope for more, a pride in human (and toon) progress, and a determination to bring about a better future for Wasteland. And while the path to that future will surely be difficult, it will all be worth it in the end. Welcome to the city of tomorrow.

That’s such a vivid way of interpreting Tomorrow City, more so than I could ever come up with! I always saw it as a reflection of Oswald’s fascination for science and technology. So full of wonder, mystery, and enticement for adventure. 😍 A chance to discover new worlds beyond the imagination.

2:00 I can't simply explain what I feel in this part, the music transmits me what the note wants to communicate in the construction of the melody
At 2:00 I feel a eternal fight between the natural and the artificial stuff
Any single sound represents a different Side and its actions in the fight. Metallic and futuristic sounds are the evil which corrupt nature.
Nature is represented by light and soft bells, they face the futuristic side in the eternal duality of existence, the balance in the ying yang and it's all along the universe.
