This AU is an interesting concept of being enemies on one side and bestfriends (lovers?) on the other puts into perspective the kind of show we could have gotten from Thomas Astruc. Love the show and this comic
You could argue that since marinette hates adrien, she can see chat as a potential lover, and thus, since chat will propose to ladybug at least once no matter what, she agreed due to not having a bind, however, while they do are rude to each other, marinette was acting more like chloe, i can see adrien becoming bitter because of his father, but its really hard to believe marinette would just be that much rude just because he's around, it genuinely felt like chloe when she saw marinette any moment in season 1
This was basically the same situation saw in Sailor Moon's first season, with the main characters disliking each other in civilian identities while the opposite happened in their heroic identities. Had Miraculous have taken this route they would have accused of copying.
