@@HarrisonBenjaminNguyen That proves it takes so long to add just one character. I remember they used to say, "We will add new character to Asia as fast as possible to keep up with the Chinese." Back then, they kept their promise; they added characters like every two or three months. But now, it's almost a year to add a character.

hi , looks like you're playing from the global server . we (global players) always get new characters every 2nd month of a season. rookie is playing Chinese server which requires Chinese id to play. netease cares of Chinese server but not global. Chinese gets everything first , then they come to global.
