  • Laser cleaning? Remove oil, rust easily from metals using a 1000 Watt Laser. When aimed at a metal surface, the dirt layer and any oxides underneath will absorb the energy and evaporate.
The metal underneath will not absorb the laser energy, leaving nothing but a clean surface ready for welding or painting.
The system uses short pulses of laser light at 1000 watts, producing micro-plasma bursts, along with thermal pressure and shock waves to sublimate the oil, rust or any other layer and separates it from the metal without damaging the piece.

You should have filmed it in landscape. I'm forced to watch a postage stamp sized video.

I dont know why folks who are serious about making videos that are going on youtube just hold their phone correctly. wasting 2/3 of the viewing area is stupid.

Most of this dirt would come off with a pressure washer

@@LogitechXibanga Exactly! Plus, some companies don't like when yourxe using a pressure washer inside their offices. They probably don't want to get their pants wet either. ^_^

@@jimmy_kirk yea, thats why they do it outside or getr a small place to do it so for a very small fraction of the price of the laser .

@@LogitechXibanga oh, i agree that the cost of a laser is much higher than a pressure washer, and who doesn't love a good pressure washing? But, at the same time, while i dont think most people would buy a laser to clean some car parts, if you did buy a laser (for whatever purpose), I'm pretty sure that you would be zapping anything ypu could with it. You'd probably be zapping things dont even need cleaning, just for fun. You'd probably have the cleanest rock garden in town, and a large assortment of pop cans with the paint laser stripped off. You may even attempt to see if you could peel an apple with your laser.
Or maybe thats just what I plan on doing when i get my laser...
Its also important to realize that there are places in the world where water isnt easily accessible, especially for industrial uses, such as pressure washers.
So to summerize, zappy zappy everything, pants no wet. :D
