    The ends...if you meet both ends together underneath and cut them so they match you can then fuse them together flatten them out and you have a neat finish

    I love your videos. You explain things so slowly and precise. I just started making brackets as stumbled onto them while looking for macrame stuff. I joined the FB group you mentioned and ordered from the store as well. Thank you for all your wonderful videos.

    I love this design! I made one for my boyfriend and he loves it. It was a bit confusing in the beginning to set it up but once we got to the weaving it was easy! I made a 8inch bracelet from buckle to buckle with less then 10ft but I think 8-10 ft is good start

      Thinking the exact same thing after spending forever trying to find, over and over again, a spot in a video from another paracord video-maker.... SO loud....and not great music either.

    Hey, this is a great tutorial!! If anyone reads this and thinks about making one, make sure to use enough paracord - I tried this with a 3m string and realized at not even half the weaving that it was not enough... ;)

  • @WynneEden
    @WynneEden 5 років тому

    Have you ever tried weaving the bitter end into the trilobyte? not sure I'm asking that clearly - the short end you originally tied off, then wove in - what if you lay it along the center strand and weave over a doubled strand. Does it make the center way too fat? Maybe if you made that end the length of the whole thing...
    I prefer single strand work, as the original purpose was to store paracord for easy cary/future use but dislike dangling ends or knots.
    Also - thanks for posting videos; I buy from your store on Amazon - hope that's supporting the videos!!!

    Another great video. I have a question; why don't you use a jig in your demos? I find that it is easier to set bracelet lengths and hold everything in place while making my bracelets. Also instead of using needlenose pliers; I have been using 4" suture holder with a curved tip for all of my work. I also use a 4" straight suture holder. Both will lock onto paracord to pull it through tight openings. Just a thought. Many thanks, Mike Lubman

    I have an idea that you could possibly help with. I'm a Scoutmaster and one of my boys lost him dad in service. We held a flag retirement ceremony in his honor and I wanted to use a grommet to make a Paracord bracelet for him to keep. Any idea what pattern would work best? The grommet is 7/8" diameter with a 3/8" hole in the middle.

    But why do you use a plastic buckle instead of something more robust?
    I have made a video on my channel with a adjustable metal shuckle.
    What do you think of that idea?

    • @Jay-sd9ye
      @Jay-sd9ye 5 років тому

      I don't like metal buckle or shackles probably because most people don't like them they look good but they workout.. inconvenience I say

    • @qualex7057
      @qualex7057 5 років тому

      Thank you for the answer! You are right, they look better, but for me they are not inconvenience...
      I think it is necassary to use a metal shuckle, just to use the properties that the paracord gives you and to have a real survival bracelet that also is really robust und impossible to destroy :-).

    My favorite pattern so far.
    Could you please introduce a yellow and blue variation? These are the colors of the Ukrainian flag.
    Many paracordists and DIY lovers around the world are looking for creative ways to raise awareness about the situation in Ukraine and also raise donations to support Ukrainians in besieged cities.
    If you step up and support Ukrainian people in the best way you can, your loyal followers around the world will do the same. Ukraine will not stand alone.
    This way we'll be one step closer to ending this war.
