@@sidehustletips I don`t honestly believe that Steve would think it appropriate to get his customer in any kind of trouble that she is not in already. He adores his dog, and probably would not want to have someone take the poor woman`s cats away from her. Besides he did post this video, and documented the situation to at least 990 viewers.
As a apprentice plumber I have been to a house just like this and I still have nightmares!
I can picture Steve’s face when she said she had $500. Like hell yeah, I’m not getting stiffed like I thought. Fly sh*t, tetanus shots, commentary had my dying on this one. Lmao
Your a good man Steve like you say you don't take advantage of senior citizen.
You needed a scoop shovel for that job. Poor lady needs someone to come in and clean up for her. This must be Steve's Halloween special. :)
She can't put garbage in a garbage bag?
Holy cow really like your channel it makes me remember my trade did hvac service for over a decade before I became disabled from multiple sclerosis. There is lots I miss but this video reminded me of what I don't. God have mercy on your soul lol
I work in home health care and see conditions like this more than I want. I try to get help but as long as the home owner/resident is termed "competent" then nothing can be done to help them out. Sad situation in my opinion.
I hate to ask, but what help is there for a person like that.
8:21 I spit out my water laughing at that. I was thinking the same thing. 🤣🤣
"Cat shit city" made me spit my drink out
😭😭😭😂😂
Poor lady. Obviously having a rough life. Your a good man Steve.
These are the best videos :) pure entertainment
Nice Job!!!! You really helped her. I subscribed :) I look forward to seeing some of your other videos.
Haha that’s some funny ass shit .. dang I don’t need to put on the comedy hour Lmao
Holy cow that's sad !
It’s more sad than it is funny
I’ve renovated a few homes where the p/o passed and it always confuses me as to how rough the homes get. Rotted roofs, rotted moldy walls, collapsed floor boards, bad foundations.
That Rheem furnace really classes up the place. Nicest thing down there.
all I can say is you're a good man Steve!
Great video. Hundreds of dollars in cigarette packs on the floor
He was trying to scam her for money for a trip up 24 to Boston
Take a drink Everytime he says flipping and a bong hit for every time he says unbelievable.
I thought at first that door fell off and hit the switch
Your a God send to the heating and cooling industry
Definitely a sad situation, I know you have no relation to her but you should definitely consider calling APS (Adult Protective Services) she needs help.
Good thing it was a newer furnace.
This is one of the only real videos I’ve watched in a long time. God bless u dude!
That’s what depression looks like
holy shit steve you see it all brother
No heat call AND nasty conditions? Never clicked a video faster mama.
She's extra crusty today mama
Talking openly and honestly. That's rare
Steve you haven't see it all, I worked 17 years in maintenance in HUD run housing authority projects.
Steves standing in the middle of a landfill Mama..the cat shits the cleanest part of that joint lmao.I bet the cats in the truck hiding under His seat to move in with Steve.
Damn I remember that dump. If I remember correctly you wouldn't even work on it last time until they got a electrician in there to fix that shit show. Your a better man than me Steve, I would take one look at that nightmare and tell her "Your going to have to call someone else, I'm not working in this mess."
I wonder if there is a social services office in town who could send someone by. She's lost and can't find a way out. Very sad.
Filter is the cleanest thing in the house! LOL
"whats up with all the cat shit?" That was great Steve
Poor lady, she's in a hell of a mess, it's tough when you can't cope by yourself.
Steve aren't you afraid of bed bugs in some of these places
I guess Steve got an early access into the horror house lol Happy Halloween
Great job in that hell hole , You are an Honest Man and very patient with the lady. Thanks for the video.
Surprisingly these are houses I walk in all the time while working on the ambulance, tons of people live like this and see no issue with it from dog urine/feces to human, trash, moldy food, maggots, etc etc etc it go’s on and on not a single day where we don’t see a house worse than this.
Don't forget roaches
Love your videos Steven! I live in Maine and find your Boston accent amusing 😂 keep up the great work! Cheers 🍻
Oof. I could actually smell this place throughout your walkthrough video. Been in houses like this, and it’s always disgusting… very unfortunate that some people live like this.
I was going to say the exact same thing. And after you leave, you continue to smell the house the rest of the day.
This is one of your best ones you couldn't make this shit up I almost fell down from laughing it was so profound
Hey Steve that is a 90+furnace correct,I saw a 2" PVC shut off on the intake, what's up with that my friend, seems a little dangerous to me!
I saw that, too. It's a ball valve. I think it's for the gas exhaust pipe venting the Carbon Monoxide to the outside. Some people shut them off in the spring.
OMG-your going back there Steve! Godspeed
"Doing one's best to relieve the suffering of someone who's existence is a literal 'shit-show, momma' ": = PRICELESS!!
Next week, the Archdiocese of Boston will pass-out 'holy cards' with "St. Steven of Dartmouth", his "I got one of those in the truck" truck, and the Jack Russell, rat terrier, and long-haired chihuahua, who have accompanied him on those missions of mercy.
Run Steve just run.
I thought when you took the cover off the cat was gonna be dead in the furnace.
Your a bettr man than i. I started itching watching this video holy cow. 1st time watching are u in Maine i spent 7yrs up there in the Wiscasset Richmond area.
Poor lady wow ,,
