Wow!!! I never thought to use buttermilk for frying turkey. I usually do that for chicken. Looks delicious, did you use peanut oil to fry the turkey wings?

Yummy! Pass me some of those wings!!
This look like something I would like to try.
This looks truly amazing...Going to make this tonight (brine first)
Those look amazing! How long do you cook them? Or, how can you tell if they’re done?
I absolutely love your channel, IG & FB page. I can't cook to save my life 😔😔 😭 😭 but this helps me out a lot
Hey rosey!! I love you!!!! This looks amazing! I have a question... Why do you wash the brine out after you left it in the buttermilk for 8 hours? What does the butter milk do? Thanks alot! Xoxo

Thank you for the recipe! Your presentation of the wings at the end(pulling them apart) was borderline "commercial quality" LOL. I can't give you complete C.Q. yet until I've seen them in person. Thanks again, take care!

Why rinse off the brine? That's where the seasoning is
Rigghhttyt! 🤔🤔🤔
I know this comment is old. But when you brine your meat it actually brings the flavors into the meat so the brine on the outside is kinda like the excess. Not the greatest explanation but hopefully it makes sense
@@whome7498 um actually watch "good eats" episode with Alton Brown and marinades. He explains how deep the brine permeates the protein.
Yumm
Is brine the same as marinating them?
I am coming over LOL!!
How long do they cook
All that's missing is the hot sauce
🙏
I would try this recipe however, I am seriously allergic to paprika. So, I would just use the allspice. :)
what channel are you on
How long do you fry these
I've tried this before with regular size turkey wings and they came out with tough meat.. I had to try it again . I had to boil them and fry them
You can actually fry poultry too long. I know it has to be done, but not overdone. Don't fry them to death. Think like a chef.
I deep fried some turkey wings a few months ago (first time) and the meat was tough. I believe they were overcooked. Pretty color, but too tough.
I was taught to boil them before frying...my Turkey wings come out tender and flavorful everytime...I'm making some today for dinner ❤
@@mauraplus6754 How long do u boil them?
@@quenquen200726 I did a video on it...but you boil them about 30-45 mins...until they are a tad under cooked then fry until til golden and they are nice and tender
I have fried turkey wings before and they were so tough. How do you make them tender...
how long do you let them fry
Until they're done
Beautiful Golden Brown wings. I seriously did not know that you can Brine in Buttermilk. I'll have to try this out. Thanks.
I appreciate you watching!
A must try recipe.💯💯👍💯💯💖💯😋💯🍀💯👏💯🥗🥒🥑💯
U did that😍
Mmmmmmmm
O.O YUM!!!!!!!!!!!
Great recipe, but a bit of a tip : when you use your scissors to split the wing, snip off the wing tips, as well ; this shall allow more room to, thoroughly fry, plus the tips are nice and crispy ! I enjoy your channel ! ✂. ✂. 👍👐
truth.....
thanks for teaching me how too cook
TOMMY SOTOMAYOR ghosting is just SAD.....(BTW it's "to" not "too".)
Joe Jefferson / what sad is another man take n time out to get attention from another man like you have /
LOL.....when you attempt to "steal" someones online ID, what does that make you? Hmmmm.
Joe Jefferson , you SEE what i mean their you go again worried about another man,
TOMMY SOTOMAYOR Hardly....you're nothing near a man.
Delicious deep FriedTurkey Wings
***** it is absolutely delicious
***** Why
*****.I only cook for myself
***** time to end this conversation I dnt like that tone.!!!!
I will try the fried wings they look so good
I know this will sound stupid, but what if I brine for more than 8 hrs will it be ok
I'm going to fix this. Deep fried turkey wings.
Jacqueline Gray ...Hello.. did U make this.. if so how did it turn out..
How many minutes
where do you get turkeys this small- they are usually bigger pieces.....
Nah i put mines in the pressure cooker for a bit get that toughness out. Let it sit cool then fry. Seasoned mix
Why brine only to wash it off
Could I also do this to chicken wings?
You could, however you don't have to brine the chicken as long.
Thank you
I dont know about fried turkey wings. Are you sure they are tender? I am scared they will be TUFF. Just might try to see for myself.
UGH!!!!
My mouth at 1:54
How fucking long I’m suppose to fry them for?
Wait, how was that considered brining? A brine requires a lot more salt. Great recipe though.
There is more than one type of brining, although they do basicly the same thing. You can brine with salt water or with buttermilk (which naturally have a little salt in it, which is part of the reason she suggest to rinse off the excess, so we don't get a sodium overload).
Thanks for the recipe; I love iheart channel and the wonderful recipes you share. Another thing, I'm not as patient as some people. I usually par-boil my wing pieces in a pot of boiling water, with 1-2 chicken flavored bouillion cubes, 1tbsp of garlic powder, onion powder, season all seas. (Add an uncut clean pepper if you want a little heat.) Cook 1 hour, till fork tender. Remove from pot. Continue on with the rest of the recipe that was given. Discard boiled water and pepper from the pot. I hope this helps someone. Much love. Take care.
Lol that turkey was malnutrition!! But looks great
Omm Numm Numm Numm *curse you sasukes brother i will get you back somehow...*
I ain’t gonna lie, looks good but those joints are super small??
Did she just say she drank the buttermilk 🤢🤮
Sounds good, but those look like chicken wings. Those are the smallest turkey wings I have ever seen.
