I’m so glad I told you to watch peanut! Him almost drowning will not stop him from trying again, make sure you watch him even with his life vest on. So glad you were there to save him!!
What a fantastic haul! So glad you managed to save such a huge amount. I reckon they are beginning to get next season stock in so you should be able to find even more great donations. Peanut's escapade reminded me of what our little jack russel did. I was in a park which had a huge fountain in but didn't often have water, Snoopy couldn't see over the wall so he just leapt over, splash and one very surprised dog was swimming around in the fountain! I had to haul him by his collar and it was about 2 feet deep. A few months before we were on a beach and next to us a man was sitting in a deck chair with his jacket draped over the back, Snoopy promptly cocked his leg and wee'ed in a jacket pocket! You have seen 2 people decide to leave a beach so quickly! Dogs are so funny but they get into so much trouble too!

Amazing score! So thankful the girls were in the pool and reacted so quickly to get Peanut's head above water and you jumped in to get him out of the pool asap. I would have been crying and super upset too. So glad you have him a life vest on the way. I wonder if you can make him some kind of floating ladder he can learn to climb back out of the pool on?
