From what iv seen on other videos you'll need a fair few of those rollers as they clog up quite quick. Iv always wandered what texture they would give roller with the gloss rollers if you fancy doing a comparrison 👍🏽 look forward to seeing more progress.. Be interested in seeing the grill video also 👌🏽
Do you plan on painting the roof/bonnet black or using the "tintable" Raptor paint? I've seen a few examples of vehicles painted using the tintable Raptor and the results were always a bit... strange. Worst one was a Zambezi Silver Disco' and, although the owner seemed happy with the result, the paint was just a sort of dark battleship-grey. I've also seen a green Defender painted with Raptor and it just looked like it'd been painted NATO OD. Personally, given that there's probably no chance of getting anything like a colour-match, I'd probably use black Raptor and then it'll at least look like it was intentional, rather than just looking like I screwed up the colour.
@@SiCrewe yeah I’ve never really liked the look of tinted it always looked a bit naff, my plan is to just paint the centre of the bonnet in raptor black and keep the normal paint on the edges
I personally wouldn’t be raptoring the body work. It ages the car terribly I reckon and I’d hate to think how much work it would be to revert back to a smooth finish.
Good luck with the new direction Dan!
@@Egirk thank you

@@bigtone2005 I’ll see how I get on with the small jobs first but could do a test on the roof.
