nice tutorial! everything correct except the low-cost actions - in real life each of these activities eats the time to prepare and accompany, some of them are conditionally can be named “low”. nice video, thanks!
I like what you say about dividing up content on a web page. But how does video solve that problem? For me, videos take a lot longer to watch and grasp the concepts, then scanning text. An example is this video you are showing us now. If you had listed these 15 low cost strategies and put a snippet of text next to each one on a web page, I probably could have consumed that within 2 minutes vs. more than 9 minutes for the video. Just a question. I wonder if video REALLY makes a difference on a web page for engagement.
I agree - I believe it depends upon the audience. Companies reach millenials by emojis now - unbelievable. I do videos because a number of people get kind of lazy - but infographics, statistics and data is best - in my opinion at least. I am the same as you and I believe our generation responds more to the written word - when broken down properly.
Pete Kever I believe videos are more effective for denser content. They also make emotion and empathy possible, difficult marketing attributes to convey in text.
I tend to watch videos for a light overview on a topic....then I look for text if I want to go deep... so this was good as a starting point to trigger ideas for me to explore further....
Hi - I am sorry I've been gone so long. Divorce - couple of other things - it's been challenging to say the least - but I will be back and thank you - this comment made me feel great!
How does this not apply to B2C. This is such a bunch of general titbits of information mainly about the web. What about actually generating leads instead of these trivial web optimisations? And BTW, it's AdWords (soon to be Google Ads).
140 words .... The following video outlines 15 low-cost lead generation strategies that can be applied to business-to-business (B2B) markets as well as business-to-consumer (B2C) markets. Companies must come to understand that they don't need huge marketing budgets in order to generate leads. There are a number of zero-cost marketing strategies that produce a high number of qualified leads. Some of the lead generation strategies include podcasts, webcasts, email marketing, newsletters, cross-promotion, content, pay-per-click advertising, blogging, and writing free content for social media forums and other industry-trade publications. The purpose is to get customers to come up with their own list of ways to generate leads without having to spend too much money. This list of 15 low-cost lead generation strategies can be expanded upon quite easily by anyone in marketing willing to take the time to investigate ways of generating targeted traffic.

The whole system is definitely so much crucial. Getting qualified leads at cost effectiveness is crucial for the business success.
How do you go about doing this for something more commercial?

Hi Mat - trivial for you - not for others. It's about progress for most - not perfection for the few.

If you use captions and transcribe your video that content is used by Google.
