Nice review! It's beyond me though why this uses that HUGE pinion on a 2845 motor. I run my 144001 with the 17 tooth pinion from a wltoys a959 with the same size motor with 3900kv. No coggig, no overheating and wheelies all day long😎

Speed difference to 124019 brushed is low, 58 kph vs. 50. I don’t know, cogging and stuff. I wonder if one can buy the receiver and connect to the brushed version remote to do a brushless conversion with a higher quality esc and motor. does it bind with the original wltoys 144001 remote? Will the receiver connect to a hobby wing esc?
It soaks it up with the suspension and is really smooth and it’s a WLToys brushless 14001 let’s have it right! I like the better tyres and the colour pops a bit but b4 you get to the end of the video it’s not gonna do 75kmh but good for nearly 60!! A bit of tinkering with the toe n camber and suspension and it’s a great little car 😎👍I’ve seen people put 3s in it and it’s too much 🥴 really all over the show and just pops wheelies!! Stick to 2s and it’s a great little car. Why didn’t they bring this out to start with?? Great review as I’ve seen a couple so far and it’s not a terrible price….we all know the negatives and can address them so 👍👍😎

Yeah, i had the 144001, but to me while it was stable and pretty fast the parts bend easily mainly shocktowers and driveshafts, one was bent when i received it
It's amazing how many of these Chinese RC brands pinch each others models. There's a new brand out Flyhal and there entire range is made up of other people's RC's (Xinlehong, Vatos, XLF etc). The graphics on all the bodyworks are identical so there's not even that to distinguish between them! And even though they are all the same basic product the price varies wildly!!! 😨👍
More like "branding" rather than pinching. You can probably contact the factory yourself and place an order for the same item. @@SNAFU_24_7 I can understand branding a similar product. But what I always find interesting is when you have 5-6 different 'brands'. I asked it on bangoiod site but I didnt got an answer yet...Do you mayeb know if the elctronis are waterproof or at least splashprrof ? Seeing the open ESC circuit not 100% sure but who knows :)
I like it i like it alot
It looks identical 100% lol. Low c rated battery probably not helping with the cogging a tiny bit. Think they're 25c so that's pretty weak.
Yeah.. the stock Lipos are not great
Do you have to pay import duties on wltoys?
It depends on where you buy it from. Banggood and Makerfire both add VAT on, so it should arrive with no extra charges. Aliexpress also add their tax on before it ships
It is a shame but most brands doesn't inform about the wheelbase of the car.
Soft dog bones is why my 124019 has been sitting in a box for 8 months. I’m tired of replacing them 😤
Yeah… you can get upgraded ones, but I’ve heard they are pretty crap as well
@@TomleyRC I bought hardened steel dog bones and the only difference is when they bend, bending them back straight is nearly impossible. I would think the lower mass 144001 is more durable. One day when I’m done with Nikko Dictators and F10s I’ll get another rc car from this century 😁
King very good
