  • My grandfather, Linus Baptiste, had an apiary in Caura Valley, Trinidad and Tobago. European bees. Today, they are Africanized bees. My cousin, Frank, attends to the apiary. I asked him to take me, and he said yes.

Brilliant camera-work in this educational video by Mr. Lyndon Baptiste! The fear, caution, respect, and claustrophobia can be felt by the audience vis a vis handling bees. A well known fact is that honey never goes bad! What's less well known is the reason why honey lasts forever. In terms of its Chemical Composition, honey has very little water, tons of sugar, and a small amount of hydrogen peroxide which kills microbes that would otherwise have caused honey to go bad. Investing in honey is a no-brainer as regards one's health, as a substitute sweetener for sugar, and as a product with an everlasting shelf-life "Inside Caura".

One thing that u said that stand out to me was by working the bees frequently they will get accustom to the farmer. I have been dealing with African 🐝 a while up to this day I have never seen a change in their behavioral patten there are aggressive by nature they live to work and defend they don't play...

They really don't play! It's scary but there's something exhilarating about being in their presence.
