I used to play this shit day and night on a Guillemot Ferrari wheel. What a fantastic game, clearly one of the best ones ever created for F1. Back when F1 was a man's sport (not the absolute crap it is now).
Man, even today I still LOVE this game. I know, I know, the AI is HORRIBLE. But the garage is the best among all the F1 games I've seen so far. I have an editor for the cars textures, but I'd like to find editors for the tracks. Does anybody know where I can find that?
This was the first the first game where the racing tracks were designed with the original GPS data from the tracks, there was a maximum deviation of +-10cm. For it's time it was the best you could get, although it didn't have a license.
Hi mate, To quit a race you have to press ESCAPE, normally the game have been paused but nothing appears, so you have to do it blindly ^^ Here's the Menu Selection in order from top to down (as I remember, if I'm wrong you should correct by yourself) : - Resume - Restart - Replay - Exit Remember : the 1st option selected is "Resume" so to select "Restart" you should press the DOWN button one time for example To select Exit, you can press UP one time, it works from up to down too
I have racing simulation 3 and it has different car textures cuz I want to edit them to make them like yours I really want to edit the car textures help!
Well, you're right about the GPS supported track design. But this game definitely had an official F1 license. Only the second game of UbiSoft's f1 racing trilogy had no license (Racing Simulation 2).
This game got me into f1, anyone knows how can I run it on windows 10, the setup does not start after asking the permission, I tweaked the compatibility and other settings but it's still not working. Any help would be appreciated.

I've searched everywhere online, do you have any clue how to quit a race when you're already in it? How do you go back to the main menu? I've pressed all the buttons and I still haven't figured this out. Can you also tell me how to restart a race too? The control options dont say anything about what button to press to go back to the main menu or restart the race. THANKS!

They also have muted engines for the CPU so you can race properly.

You can edit the number of the opponents in the options.
