Andrej Kocic basically make a wish is for kids who are dying or going to pass away so it’s very unlikely they are going to make it.
I did some research on Owen he has a disorder called langerhans cell histiocytosis witch means that excess immune system cells build up In his bodyLangerhans cells are normally found throughout the body, especially in the skin, lymph nodes, spleen, lungs, liver and bone marrow, according to the U.S. National Library of Medicine. Excess immature Langerhans cells usually form tumours called granulomas.
Owen’s condition was first diagnosed when he was seven, after a lump appeared on the side of his head. A biopsy was conducted and the tumour was removed, but another one was discovered in February 2018.Owen endured six weeks of chemotherapy ending in June of that year.
While recuperating at home, he and his friend Caleb binged on UA-cam videos featuring custom builds by The Vault Pro Scooters, an Inglewood, Calif., shop.

Their family doctor referred Owen to Make-A-Wish Canada in October 2018.

In August of this year, Owen and his family - dad Rick, mom Laurel and sister Megan - were flown to California, where they rode in a limousine, visited Universal Studios Hollywood and checked out the sights along Hollywood Boulevard.
Then, of course, there was the main attraction: a visit to The Vault Pro Scooters, where Owen spent hours with the staff building his very own scooter.
"It was way better than I thought it would be," Owen said, smiling. "I got to choose everything. It was an amazing day."
During the filming of the approximately 16-minute video, Owen was presented with a backpack stuffed with a shirt, hat, stickers and shades.
In return, Owen presented team manager Sean Cardwell with his own swag bag that included Brandon Wheat Kings and BU Bobcats T-shirts, a Brandon ballcap, Brandon visitors guide and a Canadian moose keychain.
After finishing the scooter, Owen got to try it out at a local skate park.
"It’s something he’s going to remember for the rest of his life," said his mom, Laurel, adding the Make-A-Wish organization was wonderful. "It was an amazing experience," she said.
Owen’s tumour, meanwhile, is still sitting at the front of his skull. It won’t be operated on unless something happens that necessitates it.
He has regular MRIs to make sure everything remains OK.
"I usually feel great," Owen said, adding he does get the occasional headache.
He said he’s looking forward to next spring when he can ride his new custom scooter.
