      For Wasps Yes they sure are! However if they have a nest that's not underground you could walk right past it and they mind there own business. Touch there nest and it's all out war you better gtfo their . Also the infamous Africanized Killer Bee colony will swarm your entire body and just kill you or follow you for a few miles

    I would like to see what would happen if you placed a lit torch near the entrance. A flame that’s not very visible and watch them fly right into it for a bit. I’d be curious to see how they react to it.

    I have one in one my flower gardens that I won't touch until I can be sure I can get away with dusting them. My son says he'll do it while standing there but I have no idea how many there are because your nest didn't look like much until you started to mess with it. It's 36 degrees right now so I might try tonight.

      They typically go dormant in the low 40’s-30’s I would wait till it’s dark and flood the hole with soapy water

    So as I am watching this. I take a drink of my beverage. Look down at my phone sitting on my leg. Right under where the cord enters the phone. Guess what there was a Yellow Jacket sitting there... no joke! Crazy... are they attracted to the sound of swarms being played on a phone??

      The dust takes 20-30 min to kill the ones it touches it’s designed that way so as they swarm they spread it to each other it’s impressive how fast it honestly works the next day you would never know there were wasps there

    Man that was a big swarm! What brand of bee suit do you use? And was that Drione in your bulb? My hood has the tiniest hole where the zippers come together and I'm always paranoid they'll get in. I'm never this calm treating yellowjackets

      My suit is made by bees and co. And the dust is tempo dust. I used to be super paranoid also around them you get used to it after a ton of removals I think.

      I use delta dust seems to work the best it’s not a instant drop product it takes a while so they can spread it

      I normally spray the area really well then leave a light coat of dust I can deff add some shots of this in the future

    I would've simply squirt some Demon Max and diswashing liquid into a bucket of water and poured it over the nest and dig it up the next day, but this was of course more entertaining :)

    I got attacked 3 times in the left arm and one in the right hip mowing grass. I was standing on top of the nest and then I ran away. Are they pollinators? I don’t think they are. I thought I’d ask you.

    Having recently run over yellow jacket nests with a mower on two separate occasions twice in one week I can tell you these things are no joke. The stings are fairly painful but it takes 3 - 4 days for the swelling to go down. After the 2nd attack I bought a bee suit to use while mowing the lawn. I was only stung 3 or 4 times on each attack. I shudder to think of being stung dozens of times or more.
    Just wondering....where do all those yellow jackets go now that you removed their nest?

      Treat the nest with a co2 fire extinguisher.it will freeze them instantly

    Hi love you'r videos as i hate the little Bs too. and u kill them good. would love to see u take a spray bottle with soppy water n spray the Bs as they die fast and u see them die in seconds. with the powder they still fly n maybe die later.

    This is not a southern yellow jacket nest. It is an eastern yellow jacket (vespula maculifrons) nest.

    i do enjoy watching i do stinging insect removal also and from one nest to the next you never know but eastern and southern are mean little bast$#ds they will search suits for entry points you cant leave your guard down! i wear and tape my boots now keep up the good work!

      Yes they can sting over and over, they also bite and latch on while stinging you!
      They are aggressive because a lot of things eat them, skunks for one LOVE to dig up their nests and these guys really can't sting them through their thick fur.

      Yes, they can sting repeatedly. As far as aggressineness, they also have to fend off racoons, skunks, opossum and dangers other than Wasp Hunter.
