- In our series of Delhi Travel today we are travelling through Delhi Airport Metro Express from Aerocity to Shivaji Statium which is in the heart of Delhi Connaught Place. The Orange Line or Delhi Airport Express Line is a Delhi Metro line from New Delhi Metro Station to Dwarka Sector 21.
The route we will cover is from Mahipalpur to dhaula Kaun to Shivaji Stadium (Connaught Place)

I had gone from Delhi Aerocity to NDLS via metro but there is/was confusion for somebody who is not a resident of Delhi especially from NDLS to the NDLS Metro Station which connects to the Aerocity and from there to go to a bus. IIRC, there are plans to have a land mover or something (this was shown on metrorail blog or some other youtube channel) . Please share if you have any information and if yes, perhaps you can show if some construction of the same is going on or not.
Yes from Aerocity metro station...there is Shuttle Bus service to Domestic Airport!

Duration of this metro is 15-20 minutes instead of 5 minutes.

Lol Delhi doesnt have pollution all year it's mostly in a couple of winter months when high fog is there . Delhi has 21 percent forest area.
When you got out from the airport express line and transfer to a non-airport express line such as yellow line, did you had to go through the security gates again? I ask because I will be taking the metro from the airport and have to transfer lines when I get to the center and I read there are baggage limits on the regular line.
Once you entered into DMRC Network then there is no need for second security checks

If you get down at New Delhi Railway station, then no. If you get down at Shivaji Stadium station, then yes, because the non-airport express line is around 0.5 Km away and is not connected
