This episode is hilarious, 🤣🤣🤣growing up I went to predominantly African Churches (Redeem Christian Church of God) amongst a few they have branches all over the world but, the main church is based in Nigeria and, before that I went to a multi cultural evangelical church, I can definitely say culture had a major influence on my church experience, I remember when the Pastor’s wife slapped one of the little girls because, she was wearing lipgloss it was a huge thing, because back then for whatever reason the adults in the church were allowed to hit us, now that I think about it, it was a horrible and toxic environment, we left once my Dad found out that the Pastor was stealing church funds

My favorite babysitter was Muslim, my mom's side were Baptist, my dad's side were chaothic and Vodoo, my friends were Wiccan, Mormon, Pagan, Quaker, and Jewish. I don't judge anyones faith or lack of faith so long as they arent hurting others.

regarding church, doing my own research and getting to make my own thoughts and decisions made my faith stronger. theres soooo many things that people instill into the religion and church that has NOTHING to do with the religion. Many teach religion using fear and abuse instead of love and understanding. Theres plenty of Christians that would hate Jesus and everything he stood for if they actually read the bible. We have a lady at work. STRICT PROTESTANTS from small town Texas. No TV no Radio Home schooled, church 3 times a week at least one mandatory Bible study. Only allowed ballet classes and pianos lessons. She never gets any of the pop culture references we bring up. They never focused on collage or anything because " the world gonna end anyway".
The world was gonna end any day yet everyone was continuously encouraged to get married and have kids. Make it make sense! I never got it and I was a PK!!!

The people in this video really misrepresented the beliefs of Jehovah's Witnesses. If you want to know what JWs believe, ask a JW or go to their main website. If a person wanted to know why a black woman wears her hair a certain way, would it make sense for them to go ask a white woman 🤔? I don't care how many JW relatives they claim to have, much of what they said was very uninformed. When I have questions about what a religion believes, I asked their people directly or research their official website because I want to respect other people's religious beliefs.

Going to different churches and church camps. There were bad moments for sure but overall my experience was pleasant. I dont go anymore but the vehicle in which i house my relationship with God isnt much different.

I had a very religious great grandma that loved breathed the Bible. My grandma dated a pastor (from here I just thought all Christian’s were fake and hypocrites) and my mom was a free spirit that believed in God … and horoscopes too lol. So I was never forced to go to church or anything. I can count on my fingers how many times I went. Although my mom was batshit crazy, that lady stayed praying. Which made me know that there was a God some where out there. So I prayed whenever I wanted something or for other ppl sometimes/randomly. I used to dabble with into a few other religions. It wasn’t until 2020 at 25 when I met God/Jesus and begin to understand/know who he was. Now I understand why my grandma was in that Bible lol.
