You should play Shadow of Mordor and it’s sequel Shadow of War they are assassins creed type games set in the lord of the rings universe and I think you would enjoy them
I feel so bad that we're responding so well to these horror videos, lol. It's just that you're one of the only ones who play actually scary games instead of just big-named action games marketed as horror. You're also one of the few that act like a regular person during them and have genuine reactions.

This was an awesome game, especially given how short it was. I feel like there's an opportunity here, to design a horror game where you play as the ghost instead of the living. Sort of like The Others.

that's actually a nice theory on paranormal instances or apparitions. It could just be echoes from the past or ripples from the future colliding with the present. RIght time right place could make you notice a space in time where non linear events match up and manifest to someone in the present moment.

There's actually a real case of murder like this, a young man killed his rommate, she was also a girl and her mother didn't trust the guy, but the girl decided to stay with him because she thought he was depressed and wanted to help him.... the day she decided to leave the place because the dude started to get weirder he killed her... he had no criminal records, this murder was his first and only. I don't remember all the details but it's so similar it could be inspired by this real story.

A lot of people call the phones of their deceased loved ones, so they can hear their voice again. I sent my mom messages for weeks after she died, it was how I could feel some comfort for awhile. Maybe that's why Amanda's mom did the same.
