Amaar khub I favourite Chef Sanjeev Kapoor er restaurants. Jai hok apnaader jini explain korchhilen taar aar ektu better ki ora uchit chhilo. Roganjosh Kashmiri dish, not south indian. Most south indian dishes have a distinctive tempering and flavour of mustard seeds dry red chilli and curry leaves tempering. Ei roganjosh ta Punjabi recipe. Original Kashmiri one is very light in texture but red in colour, ektu mouri type smell ashaar katha. Oi red colour comes due to ratanjot. It is expensive no doubt but worth the trouble to celebrate special occasions. Bhalo thakben.
