মাটন রোগান জোশ রান্নায় রতনযোগ বলে একটা স্পাইস ইউজ করা হয়।এর জন্য অমন সুন্দর কালার এবং আলাদা একটা স্বাদ পাওয়া যায়।বললেই হবেনা যে মাটন ভুনা বা মাটন কষার মতই স্বাদ।

@@nafizaislamkhan6200.. In authentic 'Rogan Josh' tomato puree doesn't go in. The vibrant 'Red' colour comes from Kashmiri red chilly and one kind of a bark (of a plant) called, 'Ratanjot'. Other key ingredients are as the commenter suggested, fennel and dried-ginger powder.

We follow your vlogs, they are pretty good otherwise. However, when you go for food blogging, better to do some research regarding the food of a particular region/country. The famous mutton rogan josh is from far north Kashmir and NOT from south India ("south typer colour" is a vague statement). At least while editing the video, you could have mentioned it.
