I have depression and anxiety, it's hard for me to do something as simple as brushing my teeth, but thanks to these types of videos, I'm learning to take care of myself, I don't have enough money some skincare but I do my best, my face was full of pimples but since I learned to take care of it (with few products due to lack of money), I have very beautiful skin! And my habits have improved
