- Headed out for a night of trail wheeling on Blueberry trail at Johnson Valley OHV during KOH 2024 and didn't get very far before the one-ton Jeep Cherokee XJ has another catastrophic failure!
A night of wheeling turned into a night of wrenching pretty quickly.

🔥
Bringing an extra rad is a tough lesson learned.
Gotta learn the hard way. He said that one is his 6th rad so hes a slow learner haha
Hell yeah boys! Lots of laughs🤘🏾
Theres always lots of those, just havin a lot of fun out there!
When you guys roll a rig that's gas powered, how often do you pull the plugs and turn it over before firing it back up?
It depends on the engine. If its a 22re you just fire it back up (they're loose and don't care), if its an LS motor you typically have to pull the plugs (they're tight and you can easily bend the rods). Also depends on if its on it side or roof and how long it was upside down for.
Another sick vid Brady thanks for all ur work to bring us these gems 👌🏼
Cheers 20, was such a fun trip, I hope you get a chance to make it down next year!

Let’s plan it son
That trail is a blast! Great video!🤘🏻
It woulda been more fun if SETH didn't let us down haha! We ended up running it a few days later and its good fun!
@@PathmakerProductions he just needs more zip ties maybe upgrade to big hvac ones 😂 he got down tho in that thing. that’s cool you guys had spare parts and got to back out there to run it again.
You make a brief appearance in next weeks vidya, we were cruisin by and I saw you guys. Next year we'll have to do some actual wheelin together!
@@PathmakerProductions heck yeah that’s awesome I thought that was you and your crew but I didn’t want to be that guy haha would definitely love to do the thing with you guys 🤘🏻
Any good footage of deadblow? I finally did it today and damn is it good! Keep em comin!
Yessir, we ran the entire trail, I have a video coming up!
@@PathmakerProductions yessssss!!!! Damn good trail.
Yeah, as I get older, have grown fond of mechanical 4-cores, w/ no shroud; seems to run cooler at idle and all around. Forgetting a fan here in the desert is horrifying to me, tantamount to Cam Loops in August.
I've learned over the years how fragile radiators can be so its important to have them mounted well and a decent fan. Doesn't take much to put a hole in one!
@@PathmakerProductions Good point, and our Fire-Roads have errossion control trenches perpendicular to the fall-line or road, and it is easy to get bombing along; because it feels great to be in the mountains and BAM! You will be setting a tent and there is the dreaded green drip of rad death!
Hahaha I have definitely done that before. We call them cross-ditches and when they put one right after a corner you can really take the hurt. Good thing my rig has a massive 2" of uptravel to soak up the bumps........(it does nothing!)
@@PathmakerProductions It does nothing, nice!
