Man great thoughts! There’s no issue with asking for support so I’m glad you’re finally doing so, small creators need as much support as we can get so that we could stay doing what we love and what the people wanna watch.
@@CabralCreates thanks so much for that. I look at us like independent arts organizations that people support all the time. If you’re somebody who’s putting out real work all the time consistently, I think you deserve the support of those who are receiving it. There is somebody who watches my videos who has supported me a few times on fundraisers, and one time when I sent him an email thanking him he wrote back to me that he felt it was his “obligation“ to support someone who is consistently putting out art like I do. Creating plays, making films, feature films, and that really struck me as somebody who really gets it. But that’s because he’s an artist himself. And as much as I don’t say things like that to other people, I have to admit that’s the way I feel, because if we don’t get the support, Art will go away, and if Art goes away, I believe people will just die. Just imagine a world without artists. It’s impossible. I am always honored, humbled, incredibly appreciative of any support that I get from anyone, including people who just give me their time and come watch my videos or come see me when I perform live, but I do believe that if we don’t support the arts, this world would be even worse than it already is. :-) And that’s saying a lot, especially right now. I feel like we need art right now more than ever in any of our lifetimes. In any case, Thanks again, I greatly appreciate it, and onward we go.
I have to say that I think your channel is very unique. I don't know of any other UA-cam channel that offers the insight into the process of creation on a very personal level, a deeper level, then your channel. It's one of the main reasons I joined your Patreon. Anything I can do to help and support your creative journey, also helps me. Because of the inspiration I get from you and your UA-cam videos, I am more than happy to give back in any way I can. I look forward to the work you share for creating and developing the Red Plaid Suitcase. Thank you for all that you do and share here and on Patreon. I'm here for the long haul.
Thank you so much, man, I so deeply appreciate this, and your support and encouragement. I try my best to honor your support every day. I'm excited for this project, bringing something back to life. Thanks again, and hope all is well in your world!!
5:32 - You are correct. It's all about the lenses. Been using Panasonic MFT since 2014. Primarily a video shooter. I have multiple sets of lenses. Run n gun camcorder like videography? Panasonic Leica f/2.8-4.0 variable zoom trilogy. Sweet spot with more bokeh and low light performance? Panasonic Leica f/1.7 zoom duo. Low light and artistic flexibility? I own the five Voigtländer f/0.95 lenses. They are glorious. I can easily be at near base ISO in most low light conditions unless there's no light at all. I love MFT for minimal rolling shutter (for the price) and better handheld stability (for the price), among other reasons :)
Yeah man... If the GH5 was my main camera, I would definitely have that one great zoom, adapt a few vintage lenses and get my anamorphics together on it as well. More than capable, for sure. Especially when you consider what is in these cameras in terms of filmmaking assist tools. The GH5 is a movie making machine and so I'm certain the GH7 is all of that plus all the new things, if you need all a that. And yes to rolling shutter and stabilization, all great advantages, for sure. Add the Blackmagic cameras, micro 4/3rds is pro quality, for sure. Thanks so much for coming through and taking the time to comment, I greatly appreciate that. Have a great day!!
Thanks so much!! Thanks to @cabralcreates for the luts he's so kindly gifted me. Check 'em out at his channel and website, some amazing stuff and he's adding more by the day. Thanks again, I may very well use one of these luts for an entire feature I'm shooting.

@ Man I agree with you and I really hope you get support so that we could see you get to the next level and see more of what you’re capable of. 😁
@ thank you. Same for you, we all deserve it. This country has to do better in support of our artists.

@RockWILK You're very welcome. I like your videos and thanks :)
Letterman also did a good amount of “Man on the Street” type bits for 30 years. Great thoughts on view options Rock.
True... I loved those spots on Letterman. Thanks so much, as always!!! Have an awesome day!!
The footage looks great! Kind of vintage coloring. I like the look.

@@RockWILK yes, it looks that good.
@ thank you!!
@@RockWILKOh thanks Rock! 😁
@ You=Badass
Speed booster Rock. I use one on my canon m50 mii. Adds a stop of light and get the full frame look.
@@mrfrankiesharpe Yes!! I think I’m gonna grab one for my GH5, then it will be a much better match for my S5. Thanks so much!
