The same issue happened with me. My game updated, it said I bought the skins, but it just didn't show up in the game inventory or even the in-game store. I ended up redownloading the entire game and dlc to see if that fixes it

If they were going to add someone like Ash, then they'd have to hire all the klassic movie actors and Stallone to voice the dialogue new. And konsidering they basically lifted the shackles that restricted kompetative variations, it looks like they've pulled all the stops they kould for this game.
